Michigan voters will participate in important elections throughout 2026. Below are key dates to help you plan ahead and be informed:
📅 2026 Election Dates
• August 4, 2026 – Michigan Statewide Primary Election, where major party nominees will be selected for offices including U.S. Senate.
• November 3, 2026 – Michigan Statewide General Election, when voters will elect leaders including United States Senator, Governor, and members of Congress.
Be sure you are registered to vote ahead of these elections and plan how you’ll cast your ballot — whether by mail, early in-person voting, or on Election Day. (Registration and absentee ballot deadlines vary by election; check mi.gov/vote for details.)

Michigan Delegate & State Convention Information
For Michigan Republicans, delegate conventions are an important part of the election process as we prepare for major races in 2026.
The Michigan Republican Party 2026 State Endorsement Convention is scheduled for March 28, 2026. At this convention, credentialed Republican delegates from across the state will gather to discuss party priorities and endorse candidates for key offices.
